Delivery of Items

Items can only be delivered to countries of the European community and to the following countries:


For security reasons, Zukerka will not process any order for which the billing or delivery address is a PO box.
Also for security reasons, deliveries to a hotel or a student residence are possible, subject to choosing express delivery with proof of hand delivery or to a relay point.

The Customer also has the option of having the Items delivered to another natural person whose delivery address is located in mainland France when the Item (s) ordered is / are a gift (x ).

Delivery of the Items will take place, after payment of the amount of the order has been recorded, to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process. To this end, the latter undertakes to have communicated an exact delivery address to Zukerka.

The delivery of the ordered Items will take place (subject to full payment of the price):

– either on the date or within the period indicated to the Customer by Zukerka before the order is confirmed, or, if no period has been provided, without undue delay, and at the latest within thirty (30) days following the date of the order;

– or, in the event of temporary unavailability of said Item, within the time limits which the Customer will be notified in advance and which he will have previously accepted: (i) when ordering from the Customer Relations Department by telephone; (ii) when adding an Item to his “Basket” on the Site as well as before accepting his order.

Zukerka will deliver the Items ordered by standard or express mail with proof of hand delivery, or in the Shop, depending on the choice made by the Customer.

The delivery costs by relay point are covered by Zukerka. The costs of delivery by express courier with proof of hand delivery are the responsibility of the Customer up to the limit of one thousand three hundred (1,300) euros and free beyond; the amount of these costs being communicated to the Customer prior to the validation step of his order.

In the event of late delivery of the Items due to an event beyond Zukerka’s control, the Customer will be contacted as soon as possible and steps will be taken to minimize the effects of the delay. Zukerka will do everything possible to minimize the delay. However, if there is a risk of significant delay, the Customer may contact Zukerka to terminate the contract and obtain a refund for any Item which has been paid for but which has not been received.

In the event of failure of delivery by UPS (after 3 unsuccessful attempts), and return of the package to the Zukerka warehouse for the reason NPAI (Does not live at the Address Indicated), Zukerka will attempt to contact the Customer. by two (2) times in four (4) weeks, after receipt of the package at the warehouse. Without a response / manifestation from the Customer within these four (4) weeks, Zukerka will refund the order, and the Customer will receive confirmation by email, at the address provided when ordering.
